Shipping

Every order is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before it ships. From there:

• US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping.
• International orders vary by destination — please allow 7–20 business days.

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Excel Club gear. If something's not right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
